Corporate/Commercial Law
This division provides consultancy and advisory services to clients in South Africa and in Africa. The corporate team also provides a specialized consultancy service for developing tax-effective financial solutions with tax experts, drawing on our valuable affiliations with international financial service firms and banks. The team offers our banking clients extensive experience in corporate restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions as well as strategic advice on all competition law and policy matters.

Competition Law
The division provides consultancy and advisory services on competition-related aspects of our corporate M&A work. We assist clients by providing strategic advice on all competition related applications and notifications.
